Lets Go to My Place for a Drink

Yesterday at about 11pm I was walking home from the karate class. On the other side of the street a sexy girl walked out of a building. I looked at her. She looked at me. I made an overly surprised face. She kept looking at me. I waited for some cars to pass by and then walked over to her and said: “hi what’s up” as if I would know her. She responded with the same and we started walking in the same direction. She seemed to know me. She told me we once talked in a bar about four years ago. I had no clue. Funny that she remembered.

Mission – Beliefs in the Subconscious Mind

The last mission was to approach a woman every single day. When I went out to a bar or so it wasn’t particularly difficult to approach. There were always some opportunities to start conversations naturally. On day when I didn’t go out sometimes I bailed you.

I noticed when I saw a woman and then pressured myself to approach her I felt bad. Sometimes it felt like my whole interior tried to hold me back. There were thousands of reasons why I shouldn’t approach. Often I let it be.

Then there were situations in which I saw a woman and immediately and spontaneously started talking. Without any thoughts. It just happened.

Approaching 100 Women in a Single Day

crw_0356-789837I wrote this text last summer and it fits to the current mission…

There is a known phenomenon. The first woman I approach in a day is difficult. There are thoughts in my head like: “Shall I talk to her or not? How is she going to react? What shall I say?” In other words I think and think and doubt and doubt. The second woman is easier and the third even easier. I think less and I become more relaxed. The more relaxed I am the better reactions from girls I get.

It would be nice if even the first was easy. An analogy: If I’m hungry I go take a sandwich and eat it. It wouldn’t cross my mind to think: “I’m afraid to eat a sandwich.” If I’m hungry I eat a sandwich. If I’m thirsty I drink something. In the same manner I’d like this approaching thing to be. If I see a girl I like I go talk to her.

So, with this background I did an experiment with a friend. We wanted to experience how it feels like to approach 100 women in a single day. Of course without alcohol.

How to Escalate the Conversation to the Personal Level

Here I described how you can get the woman to escalate the conversation to the personal level. In this article it’s about how you can do the transition yourself.

Investing into Something

Can you identify with one of the following situations?

1
I’m in Las Vegas playing at a slot machine. I insert a coin and pull the handle. The wheels turn and stop. No win. Again. No win. I insert coin after coin but I’m not winning. After a while I switch to the slot machine next to it. But I’m not winning there either. Then someone is approaching who also seems to want to play. For some reason I don’t want this person to play at my previous machine, so I switch back to play at my old machine. That doesn’t really make sense. But I feel invested in that machine because I did put money in there.

Smile and Say “Hi!”

Here’s a mission I’m going to do for the next week (of course you’re welcome to join):

Smile and say hi to 10 strangers every day.

Have you ever done this? Did you think it’s embarrassing?

It depends upon your attitude.

The Personal and the Impersonal Conversation

In this article I explain why a conversation with a stranger often leads nowhere.

What is the difference between a conversation with a good friend and one with a stranger?

Let’s have a look at two conversations. Once I’m talking to a friend, once to a girl I just met in a bar.

1
With a good friend…
Me: Hey, what’s up!
Him: Hey, I’m fine and you?
Me: Good good, yesterday I watched the latest Rambo movie. Wow it was incredibly violent, but for some reason pretty cool.
Him: What? You watch stuff like this?!
Me: Come on that’s cult!

How to Start a Conversation

What should you talk about?

The first thing you need to realize is that you don’t need to say anything spectacular. It doesn’t have to be super funny nor ridiculously interesting nor extremely clever. You can say whatever comes to mind. Anything.

The important thing is that you say it immediately!

Imagine you come into a situation, for instance the cashpoint in the supermarket. You’re saying hi. The cashier is calculating your stuff together. All the time you look at her wondering what you could say and after a another while you say: “how are you?”

That’s weird isn’t it?

Review of The Inner Dialog

I hope some of you practiced and experimented with the idea to think “she wants me” whenever you see a woman.

Maybe you realized that it’s not so easy to always remember it. Often the awareness wanders away and you forget about the mission.

I already did this mission a while back. Then I went out every day for about 20 minutes, walked along a street, and thought the “required” thoughts. I got a pretty good state from it and I was in a good mood almost everywhere I went.

Quick Kiss

In a bar. A woman was waiting at the top of the stairs that lead down to the restrooms. I wanted to pass her by and we look at each other. I stopped and said hi. She said hi back. I asked her a few questions. Who are you? Where are you from? What are you doing? On one level those were very simple interview type questions. But on another level there was an incredible tension between us. So I asked her whether she already kissed today. She said she did with her boyfriend who was in the restroom now and she was waiting for him. I went closer to her and kissed her lips then we kissed with tongue. After a short while we stopped so she didn’t get caught and I left.

Are Men’s Looks Important?

I’m not going into a deep discussion here. Just a short story a girl told me recently…

She flirted with her eyes with a guy. Then later when she wanted to walk past him he said something to her. She just kept walking. He asked her to stop but she walked off anyway.

Later in the same bar she saw him again and flirted with him with the eyes. He was confused and didn’t talk to her anymore.

What happened here? Why didn’t she stop to talk to him? Why did she flirt with him again later? What’s the matter?
