Yesterday at about 11pm I was walking home from the karate class. On the other side of the street a sexy girl walked out of a building. I looked at her. She looked at me. I made an overly surprised face. She kept looking at me. I waited for some cars to pass by and then walked over to her and said: “hi what’s up” as if I would know her. She responded with the same and we started walking in the same direction. She seemed to know me. She told me we once talked in a bar about four years ago. I had no clue. Funny that she remembered.

We small talked and walked together. I think she wanted to take the bus but kept walking with me. After about 5 or 10 minutes we reached the cross road where I would go home and she could get the bus. I suggested that she should come to my place to drink something and she came along.

At my place I put a glass of water into her hands and grabbed one for myself. I lit a candle and we sat down on the balcony. It was wonderful to sit there in candle light with a clear sky with stars in the background. We held hands and talked. She said she didn’t have a relationship and wouldn’t have time for one. She seemed happy that I wasn’t looking for that either. I pulled her close to me but she didn’t want to kiss. I asked whether there was something that made her afraid. No. We kept talking for some more then she wanted to catch her bus.

I helped her putting on her jacket. We hugged each other and kissed softly on the lips. Then I told her that I didn’t want to concern her and gave her my phone number. She asked when she should call to which I said she should send a text message.

I think I should have taken the lead and tell her a time to call. She wanted my lead.

Then I walked her to the bus station. On the way there we had a pretty funny time. I hugged her and right after that I pushed her away and she pushed me away again. Then I hugged her. Maybe that seems weird and stupid but it’s not. Stuff like that is fun!

The beginning of the interaction was amazing. It just flew very smoothly. The approach and then her following me to my place within maybe 15 minutes. But then at my place I noticed thoughts in my head that I wanted to GET HER NOW! And as soon as that happened the vibe was broken. I haven’t been able to completely LET GO and some expectations kept creeping back in. I’m practicing this…
